It is possible to take your page or website down, for example when you close your business. Just ask.
It is not necessary to cancel your contract. After the contract period we will contact you for a renewal. If renewal is not desired the page or website will be closed.
If you buy your own domain we will be able to transfer the pages or migrate the whole website to another domain you own at any time if you wish.
It is not possible to get a refund. The fee you pay is spent on the design and hosting before or right after the page is finished. We negotiate 3 to 4 year hosting contracts, which we need to pay in advance. We do this to keep the costs low, which makes our fee affordable.
