An evening of movement, music, voice, and connection in the beautiful forest at The Mount ✨

We begin by gathering in circle with a cacao ritual to open the heart and set intentions, flowing into a deep ecstatic dance journey, and landing softly with live instruments and a singing circle

This is a collaboration of community artists coming together to hold the space
