ECSTATIC DANCE at The Mount

Hey everyone 🌿

This Tuesday we’re coming together at The Mount for an evening of music, free movement and connection.💃🏽

Ecstatic Dance is a judgment-free space to let go, move however you feel, and simply be yourself.

We dance barefoot, without talking or phones on the dance floor, allowing everyone to fully connect with the music and movement.

Come in comfortable clothes, bring your water bottle, and please arrive on time so we can share the opening circle together.
