This journey is an invitation to slow down, soften the body, and allow sound to guide you inward.

As you rest, you’ll be gently guided through soothing vibrations of the handpan, singing bowls, chimes, drums, rattles, guitar, voice, and more—creating a soundscape that supports relaxation, release, and quiet recalibration of the senses.
